Do any retailers offer ELEY products?

ELEY products are only sold consumer-direct from this company website. We do not offer a wholesale program, and therefore ELEY products are not available through traditional local or online retailers. However, virtually any customer, retailer or online influencer can earn commissions by referring prospective customers to this website through our Affiliate Program.

Where does ELEY ship to?

ELEY products are only sold and shipped to destinations in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.  The lower 48 states typically ship UPS, while Alaska and Hawaii via USPS.

At this time, ELEY neither sells nor ships to Canada or any US Territories, including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or Guam. Neither do we have any distribution outlets in these regions. Complicated and problematic government requirements prevent easy shipping to these locations, and we don't see a resolution to this any time soon.

Regarding Canada, the only way to currently get ELEY products or parts is to buy them online with a USA shipping address near the border, where they can be retrieved by the buyer.

How fast is delivery?

With two strategically located warehouses in Utah and Tennessee, shipments from ELEY will arrive at most locations within all 50 states in just 1 to 3 days.  Orders typically ship within 24 hours of being placed during weekdays.  Friday afternoon and weekend orders will ship on Monday. 

Refer to the UPS transit map below to determine the estimated number of transit days to your destination.  Do not count the day the package ships or holidays.

Does ELEY offer discounts or run sales?

We get it. There is nothing wrong with wanting to buy a premium quality product for the best price possible.

We do occasionally run special offers; however, there is no need to reach out to our customer support staff and ask them when, on what products, and what the promotion is.....they usually don't know.

What is ELEY's return policy?

FREE returns within 30 days. We're so confident you'll be delighted with ELEY products that we're giving you a full month to make sure. If any of our products fail to meet your quality or performance expectations, simply return it within 30 days for a refund. There will absolutely be no hidden charges or restocking fees AND we'll pay the return shipping cost. That's the ELEY Satisfaction Guarantee.

Does ELEY charge shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75. Orders less than this get charged standard UPS or USPS rates.

Does ELEY charge sales tax?

We comply with the sales tax laws of each state. Currently, we charge sales tax in the following states:

How do I apply for a tax-exempt account?

If you are tax-exempt and can provide us with a copy of your tax-exempt certificate, you can request a sales tax-exempt account with ELEY using the link below. Upon approval of your tax-exempt status, (usually on the same or next business day), you'll receive an email verifying your new account.  You will then be able to submit your tax-exempt orders via email.  At this time, our website does not accept tax-exempt orders.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept the following forms of payment:

CREDIT CARDS:  American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Diners Club

3rd PARTY SERVICES:  PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay

We do not accept cash, checks, bank transfers, or cryptocurrencies.

Can I order by phone instead of online?

Because of security, fewer mistakes, and convenience, we strongly encourage customers to place orders on this website instead of by phone.  However, if you still prefer to order by phone, we'd be more than happy to assist during our regular business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

Can I use a non-ELEY gift card as part of my payment?

Unfortunately, our website cannot process two cards for a single order. However, there is another method of accomplishing the same thing.  

Use your existing gift card to purchase an ELEY Gift Card from this website.  Once you receive your ELEY® Gift Card & Code, (which normally takes just a few seconds), then return to this website and simply enter the ELEY Gift Card Code at checkout. You can then complete checkout by paying for the remaining balance with your regular credit card.

My organization doesn't allow for credit card purchases.

We don't sell products based on "terms." However, if you need a PDF or printable quote, we can provide you with one. If you HAVE to pay by check, we can accommodate that, but the order will not ship until the check clears. This process usually takes 3 to 4 weeks.

I'm having trouble checking out of your shopping cart.

If you did not see a Thank You page, then your order was not successfully submitted.  Most checkout issues have to do with the credit card information entered. Here's a checklist and then try it again:

  1. Keystroke Error. The most common issue encountered is simply entering the credit card information incorrectly. Slow down and give it another try. 
  2. Duplicate entry. You will usually get this error message if you made a mistake entering your card information on the first attempt and then attempted a second attempt took quickly. Many credit card processing services have a time delay before a second attempt can be made. Wait a good 60 seconds and then make another attempt.
  3. Mismatch Billing Address. Make sure the billing address and zip code associated with your credit card match the billing information entered on the order.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. You can checkout as a guest.

Is an account created for me even if I check out as a guest?

Not on this website, but one is created on our in-house platform so that we can process the order.
