Axle bushing for Rapid Reel and ELEY Garden Hose Reels.  Two bushings are used for each hose reel, one for the back flange and one for the front flange.  However, depending on your particular situation, you may need to replace only one bushing.  Watch the short video below for a demonstration of how to install the bushing into the flanges.
